BOXING IS GREAT FOR CHALLENGING YOUR BODY AND YOUR MIND.

I offer small group classes, workshops and personal boxing training. Sessions are fun and high energy but still suitable for any ability. The classes are combined with strength and cardiovascular exercises to give you a great workout.

Bells Yew Green Village Hall Term Time only 10 am – 10.45 am 

All equipment is provided. You will need to know basic boxing skills to join the class but if you don’t have these skills yet, it’s not a problem. Just get in touch and we can arrange a FREE 1-2-1 session to bring you up to speed.

£10 per class paid termly in advance. Maximum 8 people per session.

These workshops give you the opportunity to focus a little more on technique, so you can get the maximum benefit from your workout. It’s a fantastic opportunity to challenge body and mind in a fun, energetic class.

PERSONAL BOXING TRAINING

Boxing is a great way to get fit whilst challenging your brain, by learning or developing a new skill. Learning proper technique is key to getting a good workout, as well as protecting you from injury.

No experience is necessary, I’ll teach you the basics and we’ll progress according to your skills and experience. If you already box but would love the chance of some focused one to one time to hone your skills, then these sessions are also for you.
