PERSONAL BOXING TRAINING
Boxing is a great way to get fit whilst challenging your brain, by learning or developing a new skill. Learning the correct techniques is the key to getting a good workout, as well as protecting you from injury.
No experience is necessary, I’ll teach you the basics and we’ll progress according to your skills and experience. If you already box but would love the chance of some focused one to one time to hone your skills, then these sessions are also for you.
Boxing Personal training is really flexible, I can come to your house or we can meet in a local park. Tunbridge Wells has plenty of green space to offer. I offer boxing training on a one to one basis or I’m happy for you to get some friends together for a small group class. Flexibility from your personal trainer is key to your success so get in touch and we’ll sort out the right package for you.
One to one boxing session (1-2 people) = £40 per group
Small Group sessions (3-4 people) = £60 per group

Our boxing workshops give you the opportunity to focus a little more on technique, so you can get the maximum results from your workout. It’s a fantastic opportunity to challenge body and mind in a fun, energetic exercise class. All equipment is provided. Maximum 8 people per session.

8-9.30 am Level 2 (intermediate)
9.30 -11 am Level 1 (beginners)
Where: Eridge Village Hall, just ten mins outside of Tunbridge Wells
