THE ENJOY MOVEMENT - STARTUP SERIES

BRINGING WOMEN TOGETHER TO ENJOY EXERCISE, FREE FROM ‘ALL THE SHIT’ THAT GOES WITH IT.

We want to show women that there is another way to enjoy movement without the usual pressures associated with exercise.  We reject all the fitness/wellness BS; the perfect body, judgement, competition, no pain no gain, one size fits all, food restrictions and food guilt. 

We focus on :

  • KIND exercise

  • SOCIAL exercise

  • PERSONAL exercise

  • ENJOYABLE exercise.

Our first event was a free exercise class in Eridge just outside of Tunbridge Wells, with a twist. We focused on how we felt physically and emotionally before moving our bodies, then we noticed the amazing shift in our wellbeing afterward.

Our next event will include another great exercise session that will leave you feeling fantastic and energised but will also feature a women’s health talk aimed specifically at 40+ women.
