tHE eNJOY mOVEMENT - STARTUP SERIES

bringING WOMEN together to enjoy exercise, free from ‘all the shit’ that goes with it.

We want to show women that there is another way to enjoy movement without the usual pressures associated with exercise.  We reject all the fitness/wellness BS; the perfect body, judgement, competition, no pain no gain, one size fits all, food restrictions and food guilt. 

We focus on :

SOCIAL exercise

PERSONAL exercise

ENJOYABLE exercise.

A FREE GROUP EXERCISE CLASS

This will be a really welcoming space to exercise. The focus is on helping you move your body and feel great. You are very welcome to come along with friends, particularly if they struggle to exercise but would love to make it part of their lives.
