Friendly, supportive, effective bodyweight fitness classes. I encourage everyone, of all shapes, sizes and abilities to join me. If you’re just starting to think about getting fit, these classes are a great place to come, but everything is adapted for your level.
Classes are 30 minutes long for an energising dose of effective outdoor movement.

First class is free, £7 drop in after that. No need to book, please just turn up. Babies and children are welcome to watch.
