Group Classes

Have you tried the gym and found it wasn’t for you? Perhaps Sports Centre’s aren’t quite the right fit? Our group exercise classes in Tunbridge Wells are friendly and supportive. I encourage everyone, of all shapes, sizes and abilities to join. If you’re just starting to think about getting fit, these classes are a great place to start, everything is adapted for your level.

Group classes are just 30-minutes long run by myself an experienced female personal trainer. We use sets of bodyweight strength and cardio fitness. Getting your form right is at the centre of what we do. This allows you to maximise the effect of your workout. We provide 2-3 options for each exercise so you can work to your level of ability and experience. Group classes are not choreographed so you don’t need to worry about keeping up or coordination.

When: Monday 9.15am – 9.45am
Thursday 9.15am – 9.45am

Price: First class is free, £7 a class after that. You can PAYG in cash or by a block of 6 classes for £42.
