Group Exercise - enjoy boxing

We are passionate about group exercise.  Making exercise sociable encourages accountability and motivation and increases the fun. The buzz in a class means we work hard, have fun and enjoy movement.

Boxing is a fun, empowering way to get fit whilst challenging your brain, by learning or developing a new skill. Learning the correct techniques is key to getting a good workout, as well as protecting you from injury. Boxing is brilliant fun and the best endorphin rush!

Enjoy Boxing is an energetic and fun weekly class that involves boxing and pad work. It is a fantastic total body workout. You will partner up with another class member and take it in turns to box or hold the pads to receive the punches. It’s a brilliant class for learning effective and safe boxing techniques.

Due to the progressive nature of this class, we operate bookings on a termly basis. There are usually around 6 classes per term and you pay upfront for the whole term. The classes are £14 per week.

  • Friday 9.15 - 10 am - this is a faster-paced class that is great if you have some boxing experience.

  • Friday 10.15 - 11 am - this is a slower-paced class suitable if you have a small amount of boxing

    experience. If you are a complete beginner, please get in touch though as we'd love you to come along too and we offer discounted 1:1 PT sessions to bring you up to speed.

    (2 minutes drive from the south side of Tunbridge Wells).

 

Power Boxing

Our Power Boxing class is on Tuesdays. 

This class includes strength training and boxing and is a powerful combination, particularly for midlife women.

Power Boxing is a circuit-style class followed by simple boxing drills.

TIME: Tuesday 6 pm - 6.45 pm - just like our Enjoy Boxing course this class will run on a termly basis.

LOCATION: Eridge Village Hall, Old Eridge Rd, Eridge, Tunbridge Wells TN3 9JF (2 minutes drive from the south side of Tunbridge Wells).

I just wanted to say I absolutely loved the class last night. I was buzzing all evening and slept the best I have in a long time - cheers 🥊😍

BOXING WORKSHOPS

Our boxing workshops are 90 minutes long and give you the opportunity to focus a little more on technique, so you can get the maximum results from your workout. It’s a fantastic opportunity to challenge body and mind in a fun, energetic exercise class. Get on our mailing list to find out when we are running our next workshop.

I can honestly say going to the Tuesday evening class that Carole runs has kept me sane. It is a great blend of challenging exercise, fantastic music and lovely ladies. Perfect!
