A Bespoke Coaching Programme
Let’s create a programme just for you. I offer a 6, 8 or 12 week lifestyle coaching programme which can work alongside our Personal Training & Enjoy Boxing Classes, or be done independently.
Together we will set the parameters for the lifestyle changes you would like to make. Using my expertise in food, movement, sleep and restorative health I will take you through a proven behaviour change process that works. We will have a weekly 30-45 minute coaching call or in person meeting throughout the coaching period, with regular contact in between calls.
