Carole Dowling is our Head Coach and Founder. She has many years of experience coaching women to enjoy exercise and make lifestyle changes that help them thrive.

Carole and her team have a mission. Their mission is to engage, educate, motivate, and inspire you to enjoy movement your way, for life.

We will encourage you to build habits and behaviours that serve you well so that you lead the life you want to.

We focus on:

  • Kind exercise 

    We believe positive encouragement and support get the best out of you. We are a supportive and non-judgemental community.

    We respect you and your body and believe in being kind to our bodies so focus on exercise that is nourishing and makes you feel good.  

  • Social exercise

    We don’t take ourselves too seriously and love exercising with others.  The camaraderie and support in a group are motivating, and inspiring and also help keep us accountable.  Having a laugh and cracking a smile are essential parts of our group exercise classes and personal training sessions.  

  • Personal exercise 

    Contrary to popular belief, not being able to sit down for a week after an exercise class is not a sign of a good workout.  There is so much more to a well-programmed personal training or group session.  We want you to be challenged to progress but in a sensible and progressive way that is right for you and the way you live your life. 

  • Enjoyable exercise

    We believe that the basis of a positive, healthy and long active life is enjoying how you move your body.  Exercise energises you, boosts your mood and sometimes makes you feel on fire! Put enjoyment first, focus on how you feel, how it can lift your mood, give you energy and help you feel awesome.

Our primary goal is to support you in building a positive relationship with exercise so you can move your body regularly, enjoyably and effectively.

We work with midlife women, encouraging them to embrace strength training and make lifestyle changes that support how they want to live and be prepared for all the challenges this life-stage brings.

Our coaching supports you with peri-menopause/menopause challenges and symptoms and many chronic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, asthma, anxiety and depression.
