Sarah has been an Enjoy Movement client for a while. Carole says “I always thought her passion for health and wellbeing would make her a great PT. I was thrilled when she told me she wanted to broaden her knowledge by training as a PT and I am even more thrilled she's chosen to share that knowledge by working with us! “I am really excited to be working as a PT. For most of my life, I felt that the gym was only for women who looked a certain way and that the only way to work out was to make it so hard that it was torture!

I know now that this isn't true and that we can ALL enjoy exercise and the many positive benefits it brings.

I am looking forward to spreading the message that exercise is for everyone.
