The Enjoy Movement Summer Holiday Schedule – July/August 2020

 

We know how challenging it can be to keep moving through the school summer holidays.  Of course, as Tunbridge Wells personal trainers, we are big fans of doing some movement every day, but we pride ourselves on being realistic, flexible and adapting when you need too.  Having a break in the routine or some down time is beneficial to both body and mind. 

We have made some tweaks to our schedule over the summer so that we can take a little break to re-charge.  There will still be many opportunities to move with us throughout the next 6 weeks and we look forward to seeing you in person or online.

Online Fitness Classes 

All online exercise classes (except where stated as a boxing class) are a 30-minute bodyweight class.  We very much welcome all abilities and show adaptations during the classes so you can work to your level.  You will work through a mix of circuits, mixing up strength exercises such as squats and lunges with cardiovascular exercises.  These exercise classes are mostly live, informal and you will feel like you are in the room with us.  Just clear some floor space and join us.  

Online Boxing Classes 

We took our boxing classes online in March and haven’t looked back since.  This is a 45-minute higher energy class consisting of 3-minute boxing rounds.  We mix up shadow boxing combinations with strength and cardiovascular exercise so you get a fun full body workout, that challenges your mentally as well as physically.  As with all our classes, we welcome all abilities of boxing experience and fitness, you’ll be given options to make sure you work safely and effectively within your ability.   

Outdoor Group Exercise Classes 

We are loving being back in the fresh air.  This is a 30-minute group exercise class that follows a similar structure to our Enjoy Fitness online class, although we use resistance bands and weights too.    We adhere to Covid-19 health and safety guidelines.  We use minimal equipment that is sanitised and not shared between clients.  Each client as a training pod/area that allows for at least a 2-metre distance.  Please bring your own hand sanitiser and use it before and after class. Lead by Tunbridge Wells Personal Trainer.  

How to secure your place

You can book yourselves on any of these classes on a pay as you go basis HERE or sign up for an unlimited pass package for just £30 giving you access to all the online classes.  Your pass also includes recordings of most of the classes so you can choose to take part live or in your own time.  

We are also booking online personal training sessions, boxing personal training sessions and small group personal training session. Get in touch and let us know how you would us help you.
